Hon. Remmy Hazzan
Former Deputy Speaker of the Ogun state House of Assembly, Hon Remmy Hazzan who equally doubles as a Pastor of the Redeem Christian Church of God, RCCG has refused to share his experience on the alleged demolition of the Ogun state headquarters of the church located inside the sprawling Obasanjo Hilltop Estate in Abeokuta, the Ogun state capital.
Encomium Weekly reliably gathered that the ultra- modern church which was still under construction was demolished by agents of the state government. The structure which was at roofing level was reduced to rubbles despite claims that the church has all the legal documents and approvals for its construction.
The demolition exercise supervised by security operatives according to an insider has since caused serious disaffection between Ogun State Government and Pastor Enoch Adeboye, the General Overseer of The Redeemed Christian Church.
When contacted on Saturday, November 7, 2015 on the ranging issue, Pastor Remmy Hazzan said he would rather keep mum, stressing further that the RCCG does not permit Pastors within the church fold to speak to journalists on matters of controversy concerning the church.

Remmy Hazzan, who was part of the legislative house in the State, was a known critic of the Sen Ibikunle Amosun led state government.
The fearless and outspoken lawmaker is a member of the opposition party, the Peoples Democratic Party.
Meanwhile, efforts to get the state government reaction on the demolition saga was futile, as the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Media, Mr Adejunwon Soyinka neither pick his calls, as is phone rang repeatedly nor responded to the text message sent to his phone on Saturday, November 7, 2015.
