23 international trips made by President Muhammadu Buhari in his first year in office


President Muhammadu Buhari arrived London, United Kingdom to Participate at the London Anti-corruption Summit on 10th May, 2016.

As we join the rest of the country to celebrate the President Muhammadu Buhari's first year in office, Insider Telegraph has taken a survey of all the foreign trips the President has made in a spate of one year. From his first America trip in July 2015, to his last trip to London early May for the Anti-Corruption summit, the President has made a total of 23 foreign trips in the last 365 days.

It is amusing, if not very disturbing, to see the number of people the Buhari administration has brought out of the woodwork to sing its praises on this its one-year anniversary. Having arrested key spokespersons of the opposition, intimidated the press into silence, threatened the judiciary, and even arrested its non-politician critics, such as Olu Adegboruwa, on trumped up charges, the government has become confident that it has a free pass to feed Nigerians with lies about its woeful performance in office.
