Man abducts 18-year-old Tinder date from the streets to make a point about online dating

A YouTube prankster kidnapped a woman from the streets to make a point about internet dating.

The video shows two balaclava-clad men driving in a van.

One, Patty Mayo, explains that they’re planning to abduct his friend’s 18-year-old daughter.

‘I found out from a friend of mine that her daughter was using the app Tinder,’ he says.

‘She denied the first four profiles I created but then she finally swiped right on one of them.

‘So we’ve been talking now off and on for two weeks. She told me she’s having cheer practice at school. After that, we’re meeting at Starbucks.

‘Surprise, I’m going to pull up in this van and abduct her.’

He brands it a social experiment but the exact point he’s trying to make is unclear.

They pull up and drag her off the street as she struggles to free herself.

When they throw her into the car Patty puts a phone in front of her face with her mother on the other end of the line.

Definitely on the extreme side.
