The lady in question, Verity Sandford, ended up losing an amazing 8st over the course of a year and now couldn’t be happier.
‘I had the perfect Kim K shape, but its full potential was hiding behind rolls of flab,’ Verity told The Sun as she discussed her dramatic weight loss.

Tipping the scales at 19st 2lb, Verity revealed: ‘My friends always compared me to Kim when the Kardashians first became well known, because of my big bum. But I wasn’t able to wear the glam, figure-hugging dresses I wanted to.’

‘I absolutely adore her style. I stuck pictures of her on my wardrobe and my fridge to keep me motivated. I downloaded two pictures on my phone of her and pasted them together with the word “inspiration” written down the middle and saved it as my screen saver,’ she added.
A school learning assistant, Verity also admitted that the work canteen often proved challenging but she learned to eat breakfast in the mornings and kicked takeaways, desserts, and chips to the curb.
