Pictured: Moment £7.2million superyacht sank

This £7.2million yacht isn’t that super anymore.

A series of images showed it sinking near the coast of Mykonos, in Greece, after it hit a reef yesterday, according to Superyacht News.

There was also a video if the pictures were not shocking enough.

Luckily the ‘four foreigners’ on board were rescued and precautions were taken to prevent fuel leaking into the sea.

But the owners of the $11.2m ‘Aloha’, which was sailing with a US flag on board, will still be hurting.

Yacht Harbour found an unnamed source who said the superyacht had sunk because of an electrical fault.

The website also identified it as a Custom Line Navetta 33 that measured 106ft.

Boat International show posted the images.
