Mensah kweku Fred announced Mr Uche Ahubelem as the Ecowas Golden Man of the Year to the general public after the ratification of 60 Parliamentarians in a parliamentary sessions held in Niagara Conference Centre in Liberia which will be presented on the 1st of July,2016 in Nigeria
