Yep, cheating was the cause of the split after 13 years of marriage, according to Us Weekly. The mag claims that Gwen uncovered the shocking and devastating affair back in February after finding explicit texts between her husband and their family nanny, Mindy Mann. She wasn’t snooping, either — the alleged texts were reportedly on the family iPad, which was linked to Gavin’s phone. “One of the other nannies discovered the exchange and told Gwen,” an insider tells Us. Mindy was fired immediately, but the 46-year-old stuck things out for a few more months when her hubby assured her the whole thing was just “flirtation.” He allegedly admitted to the infidelity eventually, though, which is when Gwen made the difficult decision to file for divorce. “This was done right under Gwen’s nose,” the insider explains of the reported three-year tryst. “She was mortified, livid and embarrassed.”
