Newcastle's Chancel Mbemba turns up to game in tuxedo
Newcastle United defender, Chancel Mbemba, turned up to St James' Park for his Premier League debut dressed in a tuxedo.
Mbemba, signed on a five year contract from Anderlecht in the summer, was named in the starting XI for manager Steve McClaren's first game in chargeand appears to have listened to the ex-England boss' request that players turn up for games dressed smartly.
While most arrived in suits, the Congolese international wore a tux, as you can see in the videos and pictures which accompany this article informing you of the tuxedo that Chancel Mbemba wore to the match.
Mike Ashley is thought to be considering releasing a Sports Direct range of tuxedos in response to the demand this fashion statement will undoubtedly create. One particularly excited Sports Direct customer was heard saying "what the hell is a suit?".
