1. That PLANT GATE was established in the year 2006 by the Ogun State Government with the mandate of generating revenue for the state through equipments hiring services ,upon its establishment Gateway Holdings was the supervisory agency of Plant Gate and as at June 2011 when the present
administration came in it has about 40 equipments which includes Forklift, Excavator, Crane, Roller, Tractor etc

2. That prior the assumption of OLABODE SUBAIR as the General Manager, PLANT GATE was recording an average monthly revenue of Ten Million Naira (₦10,000,000) and was able to pay staffs salaries as at when due and purchased SONALIKA FARM Tractors worth about ONE HUNDRED AND NINETY SEVEN MILLION NAIRA (₦197,000,000) with an outstanding payment of Thirty Seven Thousand Naira to balance the supplier, more so that Plant Gate was having the sum of FORTY MILLION NAIRA (₦40,000,000) in a fixed deposit despite the fact that the whole equipments were not functioning optimally in the above situation

3. That upon the appointment of OLABODE SUBAIR in November 2012 by Governor Ibikunle Amosun, Olabode Subair presented a list of all equipments that needed to be repaired to the board and such was promptly approved with the aim of increasing revenue, there after all equipments from OGROMA were returned and the average monthly revenue increased to Twenty Two Million Naira(₦22,000,000)

4. That as a suspected result of Olabode Subair mismanagement, maladministration ,marginalization of management staffs and indiscriminate diversion of company’s funds ,Plant gate finds it difficult to generate Eight Million Naira (₦8,000,000)monthly, more so that pension deducted from staff salaries was last remitted in August 2014,PAYE was last remitted February 2015.

5. That Olabode Subair has grossly abused his Office as the General manager when he uses Plant gate resources for his personal business and other suspected criminal activities ,this includes Personal Truck using the Government Number Plate, Office diesel, Tyres, batteries etc

6. That Olabode Subair is suspected to have severally forged the signature of Plant gate Accountant and instructed the transfer of several unauthorized Millions of Naira from PLANT GATE Zenith Bank Account (1013379440) to the below friends and cronies Account under the guise of contractors, even as investigation has revealed he has 100% control of some of the companies
