The Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Babachir David who represented President Buhari at a parley in Abuja today. The meeting which had the 24 APC governorship aspirants present said, the President has no anointed or preferred candidate for the November 26 governorship election. This was in effort to instil confidence in the aspirants contesting for the party's ticket at primary slated for this Saturday.

Kenya: Two Lady Thieves Almost Lynched By Angry Mob In Embu Town

The suspects

 Two female thieves were mercilessly beaten by angry mob when they were caught trying to scam a shop owner of sh17,000 (about £100 or N52,000) by pretending to sell him sim cards. He raised alarm that attracted the bye-passers who swam on the women. This happened in Embu Town, 120 kilometres northeast of Nairobi towards Mount Kenya.

He met with local businesses and developers in an effort to understand how Facebook (FB, Tech30) could "better support tech development and entrepreneurship across Africa," the company said in a statement.
