Irked by the increased mass protest by pro-Biafra groups led by the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), the Movement for the Actualisation of the Sovereign State of Biafra (MASSOB) and other affiliated groups in some parts of the South-East and South-South states, the 82 Division of the Nigerian Army on Monday warned that it has the constitutional mandate to suppress insurrection and restore order and would not hesitate to do so.
