Gibraltar-born medic was demoted after touchline row with Jose Mourinho
The ex-boyfriend of Chelsea doctor Eva Carneiro says the doctor is a 'very sexual woman' who allegedly taunted him about sleeping with one of the club's top stars.
Rupert Patterson-Ward said he wanted to start a family with the glamorous Ms Carneiro but that it came to a bitter end when he claims she 'chewed me up and spat me out'.
The commercial manager - who claimed he had sex with the medic 'every single day' during their 15-month relationship - even claims the tumultuous relationship with the 41-year-old 'ruined his life'.

Ms Carneiro hit the headlines last week after being demoted by Jose Mourinho following a furious touchline row about whether she should have treated one of the players.
Describing her as 'ruthless and fiery', Mr Patterson-Ward told The Sun: 'Eva is a very sexual woman and not many people know the real her. She's ruthless and gets whatever and whoever she wants.
'I was besotted with her and we were planning a family, but she chewed me up and spat me out.'
He said the pair apparently split after a series of furious rows, during which she constantly 'claimed she had slept with one of the Chelsea players'.
He said: 'Eva would blurt out she had slept with one of the players during heated rows. I don't believe it was true.
'She told me how one footballer would constantly hit on her, parading around naked in the dressing room and making sure she got a real eyeful.
'After one match, he called her to his hotel room and answered the door completely starkers. She rubbed my nose in it when we rowed. It was cruel.'
Mr Patterson-Ward claimed he met Gibraltar-born Ms Carneiro in 2011 at Frankie's sports bar in the club's Stamford Bridge complex, a day which he compared to a 'Carlsberg TV ad.'

He said he was welcomed into the club's 'inner circle' and even travelled to Munich for the Champions League final with Christine Bleakley - partner of Frank Lampard - and John Terry's wife Toni.
Mr Patterson-Ward said the pair were initially 'blissfully' happy and had an active sex life.
Describing one encounter, he claimed that she took him to the bedroom and said: 'I need to treat you.' She then tore of his clothes and they had passionate sex, he says.
But, despite sub-letting his flat and moving in with the doctor at her home in Earlsfield a year or so later, the pair began to have furious rows.
One of their big bust-ups came when he apparently did not 'make enough effort' for her 39th birthday. Their acrimonious split came at the end of the 2013 season after a trip to Marbella.

He added: 'She is a fiery Latino, sex-mad, and prides herself on being popular among the players. Eva loved the attention.'
Ms Carneiro was publicly haraunged by Mourinho after she and her colleague Jon Fearn rushed onto the pitch to tend to Eden Hazard near the end of the 2-2 draw with Swansea on Saturday last week.
Chelsea were already down to 10 men and Hazard receiving treatment meant he had to spend a few moments on the touchline, leaving the champions vulnerable.

The public spat snowballed and she was then branded a 'celebrity doctor' by her predecessor, Ralph Rogers
The 41-year-old, who was born in Gibraltar, will keep her job title as first-team doctor but she will no longer be allowed at training sessions, matches or the team hotel
The Chelsea manager was furious and video footage subsequently released by Sky Sports shows him screaming 'son of a bitch' at the medic during the heated touchline row.
He later said: 'I wasn't happy with my medical staff because even if you are a medical doctor or secretary on the bench you have to understand the game.
'You have to know that when you have one player less and, in the end, you go on to the pitch to assist a player then you must be sure that a player has a serious problem.
'I was sure that Eden didn't have a serious problem. He had a knock and was very tired.

'My medical department left me with eight fit players in a counter-attack after a set piece and we were worried we didn't have enough players left.'
After those comments, Chelsea fans rushed to send Carneiro messages of support. She later posted on Facebook: 'I would like to thank the general public for their overwhelming support. Really very much appreciated.'
But instead of patching things up with her, Mourinho took more drastic action. The 41-year-old, who was born in Gibraltar, will keep her job title as first-team doctor but she will no longer be allowed at training sessions, matches or the team hotel.

Carneiro, who supports Spanish side Real Madrid, was promoted to her role with the Chelsea first team by Andre Villas-Boas in 2011 and has since worked with Roberto di Matteo, Rafa Benitez and now Mourinho.
Born to a Spanish father and British mother, she has studied at Nottingham University and Queen Mary University of London.
Carneiro spent time with West Ham before being appointed to the UK Sports and Medicine Specialist training program with the Olympic Medical Institute preparing athletes for the 2008 Olympic Games.
She spent some time working for the England women's football team before joining Chelsea in 2009.
