Students of the Department of Quantity Surveying of The Polytechnic of Ibadan were yesterday 9/2/2016 involved in a fatal accident on their way from Oyo where they went for field trip and returning to Ibadan. The accident is reported to have happened between Oyo-Ibadan road, Oyo state.

Six of them were confirmed dead on the spot, among them is a lecturer in the department. The injured are currently recuperating at the University College Hospital, Ibadan.
