Walcott has been with the Gunners for 10 years after moving from Southampton in a £12million deal aged just 16.

Since his move to north London he has picked an FA Cup and Community Shield winners medal.

The Gunners are currently on the hunt for their first Premier League title since 2004 and will move back to the top of the table with victory against Chelsea today (4.00pm).

And Walcott believes this Arsenal side has what it takes to go all the way in the title race.

"This is the team I've been waiting to be part of," he told Sky Sports.

"It was only a point, but in the past, in games like Stoke, we would have failed to deliver, now we're not getting pushed away.

"A big club like Arsenal should be winning a lot more than we have but we have to look to the present.

"We've won two FA Cups in the past two seasons, now we want the big one."
