"Morality" is defined as principles concerning the distinction between right and wrong or good and bad behaviour. while "Judgement" is defined as the ability to make considered decisions or come to sensible conclusions.

While growing up, I was made to realise the seriousness in guiding a good moralty because it is what the world will judge you with. It is easier to judge a man through the perception we have over his moral standing.

When you find yourself in the position of authority, it is required of you to lead a good moral lifestyle that can influence the people following your leadership.

In today's world, morality of man has gone over the roof. We now live in the world where material things have taken over the sensible things that truly define a man. We now judge people by what they can't do and ignore what they can really do. This makes man more desperate to prove nothing reasonable in defending his moral deficiency, but to impress it on his fellow man why his immoral personality is actually right, even in judgement, depending on who is judging him. We are all in this " social sin" together; we are either defending our moral tendencies, or in judgement of others.

The English socialist and clergyman, Frederick Lewis Donaldson listed the social sin in his sermon in Westminster Abbey, London, on March 20, 1925, as follows; "Wealth without work. 

"Pleasure without conscience."

"Knowledge without character. "

"Commerce without morality. "

"Science without humanity. "

"Worship without sacrifice. "

"Politics without principle." 

Many want to be wealthy without defining how. Others is about pleasure without minding the consequences. Worship without sacrifice, and so on. We just want to get there because we want to prove a point that 'it doesn't matter how well, but how far'.

Man needs to retrace his steps back to his root - Humanity is all we need in everything we do. If this is lost, morality is lost and then people can seat in judgement of you.

Life is just a passage. Very short a time to exist and after, your moral or otherwise records will stand in your defence after your exit.

If anything makes you happy, keep it. But don't forget that humanity strives where there is love. Outstanding moral lifestyle makes you a man and human, not what you have eventually became. moment that is lost, humanity is lost.

As a Director or a group leader in an organisation, leading by example is what you need. It is what will define you. Treat people right while you can. Nothing hurts more than trying to impress people who sees you as a morally deficient person. Don' struggle to impress anyone, let your morality do the impression.
