Timothy Fosu-Mensah looks to have signed his first contract with Manchester United.
The 16-year-old defender, who can also operate in midfield, joined from Ajax in the summer of 2014, and has impressed in the United age-groups since his arrival.
Louis van Gaal is believed to have rewarded the Netherlands Under-17 captain with his first professional deal at Old Trafford.
Fosu-Mensah was pictured signing his new contract beside United assistant manager Ryan Giggs on Friday.
It is thought the promising youngster will continue his development in the Under-21 squad.
