SSS office opposite FRSC Ibara in Abeokuta
This is the State Security Service office in Abeokuta. This building is not undergoing any renovation of any kind; Ogun state government approved the building to the SSS for years now but Governor Ibikunle Amosun is alleged to have issued them a quit notice for a while now but the Director of SSS is said not have heeded the directive of the governor to quit the property and get allocated a new one within the metropolis.

The reason for this cannot be immediately ascertained, but the information going around the state is that Amosun's plan to allocate the property to his wife for a new shopping mall in the state capital. Today, on the order of Governor, the roof of the building was removed and bulldozers will move in tomorrow to demolish the entire building.
